This policy explains what personal data Webnetis ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We are an AI training institute based in Nagpur, India.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, such as the corporate training "Request a Proposal" form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, mobile number, team size, the program you are interested in and your message.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, for example your course interest or preferred batch.
When you visit the website, our server automatically records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this to keep the website secure and working. To stop spam, the form also keeps your IP address in memory for about 10 minutes to limit repeated submissions.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial account details, health information or identity documents through this website.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry, book a demo class or prepare a training proposal.
- To follow up about the course or program you asked about.
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. We process it because you gave it to us for these purposes, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).
5. Maps and other third-party content
Some pages show an embedded Google Map of our classroom. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
The website remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme by saving that choice in your own browser. It is not sent to us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and follow up, and for up to 3 months after our last contact with you. After that we delete them, unless you have joined a course with us or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update your data;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data, by withdrawing your consent at any time;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
To make a request or raise a complaint, email hello@webnetis.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Our courses are meant for students, graduates and working professionals. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
9. How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are sent directly to our inbox (and, if enabled, our private spreadsheet), and only our team can access them. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
10. Changes to this policy
